Cozy Country Cottage | Fire Pit, BBQ, Dog Friendly

We had an incredible stay at this cottage in Mars Hill. The property is absolutely stunning, with 70 private acres of rolling hills, mountain views, peaceful streams, and plenty of space to explore. It was the perfect place to relax and disconnect.One of the highlights was spending time with the friendly and quant downtown area about 10 mins away from the property, which made the experience even more memorable. The cottage itself was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, with everything we needed for a great stay.David and Ross were outstanding hosts. He was welcoming, responsive, and clearly takes great pride in the property. If you’re looking for a quiet mountain retreat with beautiful scenery and complete privacy, this place is hard to beat. We would gladly stay here again.

Great house, clean, quiet location, close to town and amenities. We had fun on the private trails and enjoyed listening to the creek.

My family enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very quiet and we enjoyed exploring the different trails. We had everything we needed for a nice week vacation. We made use of the kitchen to cook some meals. We enjoyed nights by the fire. The bed was comfortable. The layout of the small home was perfect.

Perfect private getaway to relax and explore! Positive: Super cosy and perfect for a family of three. We had a wonderful time exploring the property and building a fire. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals and to enjoy takeouts from Mars Hill and Asheville. The hosts were friendly and very accommodating. We Can’t wait to visit again!
